SHIPPING

We offer free domestic shipping for all orders!

Orders will ship 1­-2 business days after you order, excluding weekends and US Holidays. A tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation email. Shipping charges are calculated based on on weight upon checkout.

Dancing Equestrian is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope you love your purchases, but if for any reason you do need to return something to us, send your unworn item(s) with original tags still attached back within 30 days of receiving the product to the address below.

Any purchases within 30 days can be returned for a full refund, less shipping fees, provided they are in the same condition that you received them in. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at info@dancingequestrian.com and include your order number. 

Please allow 7-14 business days from when the item is delivered for your returned order to be processed. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed. Please note that your banking institution may require additional time to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-­5 business days).

We can only issue a refund to the original form of payment used at the point of purchase.  Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

*Returns and exchanges that do not meet our policy will not be refunded and we will not cover the shipping cost back to the customer. When selecting a delivery method, not provided for in our return conditions, we consider that it is your responsibility and you must bear the direct cost of both shipping and the product in the event of loss. We do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation, in the event that a return package is lost, stolen, or mishandled.  We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet our return requirements.
